[HOME TIPS] Penalty Calculation

Kalau delay dapat kunci rumah means;
Developer akan dikenakan penalty..
Formula untuk kira penalty:* Kalau harga rumah RM100,000;
(100,000 x 10%)/365 x (n=Berapa hari delay dari tarikh sign SnP smpai dapat kunci).
Kalau n = 30 hari; (100,000 x 10%)/365 x 30 = RM821

Kalau n = 60 hari; (100,000 x 10%)/365 x 60 = RM1,643

*Hmmm cam menarik gak kalau delay lg dapat kunci rumah ni..dapat topup untuk perbelanjaan yg lain.


**Additional notes:
LAD - stands for Liquidated Assertained Damages, or in easy words; penalty for late delivery. So we can use d formula above to calculate LADs. ;D

yup..gitula klu ikut pengiraannya..tp prosedurnye xarif lg..ne masuk tribunal ke ape..
